How MarWil Solutions collects, uses, and protects the information you share through this website.

Who we are

MarWil Solutions ("MarWil," "we," "us," or "our") is a logistics and last-mile delivery company based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through www.marwilsolutions.com (the "Site"), including our delivery quote request form and our Owner Operator application.

MarWil Solutions is a separate company from MarWil Group. This policy applies only to MarWil Solutions and this Site.

Information we collect

Information you give us

Delivery capacity requests. When a business requests delivery capacity, we collect the company name, contact name, business email address, and phone number, along with the delivery details you choose to share, such as delivery need, current delivery challenge, estimated weekly volume, vehicle requirement, pickup location, delivery area, service start timeline, and any additional details.

Owner Operator applications. When you apply to join our Owner Operator network, we collect:

  • Contact details: full name, business or entity name (if any), phone number, email address, city, and primary ZIP code
  • Vehicle details: vehicle type, year, make, model, roof height, and ownership status
  • Experience and availability: years and types of delivery experience, the days you're available, and how soon you could begin
  • Your answers to qualification questions about commercial auto insurance, ability to report to an assigned DFW-area pickup location, freight handling, access to a helper for team-lift deliveries, driver's license and minimum age, smartphone access, and willingness to complete screening and onboarding
  • Your acknowledgment that this is an independent contractor opportunity

The application on this Site does not ask for your Social Security number, driver's license number, banking information, or any background check or driving record. If you are approved to move forward, we will collect the documents and authorizations needed for contractor onboarding separately, through a secure process, and with any notices and consents the law requires.

Phone calls and emails. If you call us or email us, we keep the information you share so we can respond.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate and secure the Site. Our forms also include basic spam-prevention checks that do not identify you.

How we use information

  • To respond to quote requests and discuss delivery services with your business
  • To review Owner Operator applications, decide whether to invite applicants to a Qualification Call, and schedule that call
  • To contact you by phone, email, or text message about your request or application
  • To manage our pipeline of applicants and business inquiries
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How we share information

We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors to run our business. Form submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google Sheets) and delivered to our team by email, and our Site is hosted by a web hosting provider. These providers process information on our behalf.
  • Onboarding partners. If you are approved as an Owner Operator, we may share necessary information with onboarding, background screening, or delivery-app providers, but only after you receive the required disclosures and give any required authorization.
  • Customers and logistics partners. For active Owner Operators, we may share limited information (such as name and vehicle details) with the customers or logistics partners whose deliveries you complete, as needed to assign and verify work.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MarWil, our customers, our contractors, or others.
  • Business transfers. If MarWil is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies and analytics

The Site does not use advertising cookies. We may use website analytics, such as Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the Site, for example which pages are visited, how people arrive at the Site, and actions such as clicking to call, opening an FAQ, or submitting a form. Analytics providers may use cookies or similar technologies to collect this information. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the fonts load.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests for as long as needed to respond and maintain a business relationship. We keep Owner Operator applications for up to 24 months so we can contact qualified applicants as new delivery opportunities open, unless you ask us to delete your application sooner. Information about active contractors is kept as long as needed for the contractor relationship and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping requirements.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you submit, including limiting access to the people who need it to do their jobs. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

  • Access, correction, and deletion. You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.
  • Withdraw an application. You can withdraw your Owner Operator application at any time.
  • Communications. You can ask us to stop contacting you. If we send text messages, you can reply STOP to opt out.

To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and we will honor requests as those laws require.

Children

This Site is intended for businesses and adults. Owner Operators must be at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the Site.
